Job summary

Natron Industries Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Junior Accounts Executive to join our SME team.

You will handle day-to-day accounting, maintain AP/AR, assist with P&L and balance sheet, and support payroll processing in a small, friendly environment.

This role offers hands-on exposure to the full accounting cycle within a growing company and requires a Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or related field, plus a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or Finance.
• Relevant accounting experience is advantageous.
• Familiar with AP, AR and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Maintain AP and AR.
• Assist in preparing P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Process payroll and related records.
• Perform bank and accounting reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with GST, audit and other accounting matters.
• Perform other general accounting duties as assigned.
