Job summary

BullionStar is seeking a Vault & Warehouse Assistant in Singapore. This is an entry‑level, hands‑on role in our vault and showroom operations. You will handle precious metals, assist in inventory, and support showroom displays with accuracy and care.

The position requires a physically capable candidate, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. 5‑day week with one weekend day; training provided.

Qualifications

• Extremely careful with counts and details.
• Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move heavy items.
• Strong honesty and trustworthiness.
• Good common sense and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily vault counts and inventory with accuracy.
• Assist with online orders: pick, pack, and ship.
• Maintain showroom displays and product presentation.
• Support vault team in receiving deliveries and storage.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues.
