Job summary

BullionStar is seeking a proactive Building & Facilities Manager to own the upkeep of our Singapore premises. You will manage electrical, ACMV, and plumbing systems, lead safety and compliance programs, and drive vendor contracts and budgets.

This hands-on role requires taking responsibility for maintenance, renovations, and ensuring a secure, presentable showroom and office environment. You will coordinate with external contractors, oversee asset management, and ensure adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Facilities Management or related field.
• At least 5 years in facilities operations with budget ownership and vendor management.
• Hands-on knowledge of M&E systems incl. electrical, ACMV, and plumbing.
• CFM/CGMFM or FSM registration is a plus; willingness to register if not already.

Responsibilities

• Owns facilities operations end-to-end including budget, contractors, tenders, and service agreements.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify maintenance, safety, and security issues.
• Perform hands-on repairs and minor installations where appropriate.
• Manage health, safety, and compliance with authorities (SCDF, BCA, etc.).
• Lead vendor selection, procurement, and capital expenditure planning.
• Oversee building systems servicing, inspections, and renewals; ensure documentation is up-to-date.
