Job summary

NCS is seeking a Support Engineer in Singapore to deliver hands-on hardware break-fix, software support, and preventive maintenance across desktops, servers, and client devices. You will help ensure stable day-to-day operations for client assets and provide timely resolutions to incidents and service requests.

The ideal candidate has basic-to-intermediate technical knowledge, hands-on support experience, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on IT support or desktop/support role.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, laptop machines, operating systems, hardware components.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware break-fix for client machines, systems, servers and peripherals.
• Respond to incidents and service requests with timely resolutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine health checks.
