Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician to plan, install, monitor, and maintain hardware, software, and networks for project delivery in Singapore. You will conduct root cause analyses, implement proactive measures, and ensure operational systems meet SLA targets.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows Server and Unix/Linux environments, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Independent work and good interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows Server and Unix/Linux OS with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and assist in installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement pro-active measures.
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement.
• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively; perform troubleshooting and fault rectification.
• Diagnose and rectify technical issues.
• Perform standby duties if required.
