Job summary

FM EXHIBITION INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Finance & Admin/HR Manager to oversee finance, HR, payroll, and general administration in a lean SME environment.

You will work closely with directors, drive improvements in processes, and gain visibility into back-end operations while contributing directly to business growth and compliance with Singapore regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, HR, and payroll.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, corporate tax requirements, CPF regulations, and MOM employment guidelines.
• Proficiency in accounting and payroll software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or Info-Tech.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to prepare financial reports and analyze figures.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Accounting: Manage GL, AR, AP and financial reporting to directors.
• Cash flow monitoring, working capital, budgeting and monthly closes.
• GST submissions to IRAS, tax computations, and year-end audits.
• Process invoices and e-invoices via government portals accurately.
• HR & Payroll: manage monthly payroll, CPF contributions, onboarding and records.
• Oversee employee lifecycle, leave, benefits, and MOM compliance.
• Administration: manage office ops, vendor matters, and workflows.
