fm exhibition international pte. ltd. is seeking a hands-on Finance & Admin/HR Manager to lead finance, HR, payroll and admin in a lean SME. You will work closely with directors, own processes, and drive improvements across financial controls and people operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks, and a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and proactive problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, HR and payroll in a lean SME.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, GST, MOM guidelines.
• Proficiency in accounting and payroll software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to deliver under deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Finance & Accounting: manage full set of accounts, AR/AP, GST submissions, and financial reporting.
• HR & Payroll: oversee monthly payroll, CPF contributions, recruitment, onboarding and staff records.
• Administration & Business Support: manage day-to-day operations, vendor matters, and documentation workflows.
