Job summary

Hanguk Skin Solutions in Singapore seeks a proactive Logistic Executive to support day-to-day operations at head office and outlets. You will handle purchasing, logistics coordination, inventory control, and basic IT support, with travel between locations to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining hands-on, positive approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, operations, warehouse, facilities, or purchasing.
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment, POS systems, or IT troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel between Head Office and retail outlets.
• Able to lift, move, and transport stock and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Source products, supplies, and operational materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate deliveries, transportation, and stock replenishment for outlets.
• Receive, inspect, and sort incoming goods; organize warehouse inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare stock for outlet replenishment; ensure timely fulfilment.
• Troubleshoot basic outlet equipment and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
