Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in dumpling making.
• Experience in Chinese cuisine including noodles and rice preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual
• Basic food hygiene knowledge

Responsibilities

• Prepare and make handmade dumplings daily.
• Prepare fillings, dough, and ingredients according to recipes.
• Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and to expected standards.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Support kitchen operations and teamwork during service hours
