Job summary

AGILE FOODS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare dumpling fillings, wrappers, and sauces, and to cook during lunch service with speed and accuracy.

You will follow recipes, manage stock, keep the kitchen clean, and ensure food safety, with weekends off and a fixed 8:00am–5:00pm shift. This role is on-site in the Singapore CBD, open to Singaporeans and PRs.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B or kitchen experience preferred.
• Good with your hands – precise, steady, and consistent in repetitive prep work.
• Bonus: able to fold or wrap dumplings by hand.
• Comfortable working at pace during a busy lunch rush.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Must hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain one before start date).

Responsibilities

• Cook during lunch service — boiling noodles and dumplings to order with speed and accuracy.
• Assemble completed orders for collection, ensuring every dish meets our standard.
• Prepare ingredients for the following day's service after the lunch rush.
• Receive and check ingredient deliveries; manage stock rotation.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and food-safe throughout the shift.
• Follow all SFA food safety and hygiene standards.

We're a new dumpling eatery in the heart of Singapore's CBD. We specialise in freshly made dumplings crafted daily — simple food, done really well. We're building a small, tight-knit kitchen team who take real pride in what they put on the plate.

What You'll Do

• Prepare dumpling fillings, wrappers, and sauces daily according to our recipes

Working Hours

Monday to Friday only — no weekends 8:00am – 5:00pm

One straight shift — no split shifts, no coming back in the evening.
