Tim Ho Wan PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dim sum cook with 2-3 years Chinese cuisine experience to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare fillings, porridge, wonton soup, and barley water, while producing a range of dim sum items to high standards.

Maintain station cleanliness, follow SOPs, and support inventory and other stations as needed. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years Chinese cuisine experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of basic Chinese cooking techniques.
• Team player with a positive attitude and discipline.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fillings, sauces, and key ingredients.
• Cook porridge, wonton soup and barley water to standard.
• Prepare and produce a range of dim sum items.
• Ensure all products meet quality, taste and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of station.
• Follow SOPs and maintain kitchen hygiene.
• Assist in ingredient prep, inventory, and support other stations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head Chef/Deputy Executive Chef.
