Job summary

YKD.PTE.LTD in Singapore is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to prepare dumplings, assist with ingredient prep, and maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen. You will complete daily prep and production tasks and support other kitchen duties as needed.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you’ll work in a fast-paced environment. The role offers full-time or part-time options with a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.

• Assist with basic food preparation, cutting and portioning
• Assist with cooking, food preparation and kitchen operations
• Wash kitchen equipment, cookware and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene requirements
• Support the team during peak service periods
• No experience required - training will be provided
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Full-time: 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays
• Prior dumpling-making or kitchen experience is an advantage, but not required
• Applicants of all ages are welcome
• Salary: Up to $3,500/month
• Salary will depend on experience and performance
