As part of the role, you will follow established recipes, maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment, collaborate to ensure timely preparation and service, and assist with stock management and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in commercial kitchen or food service environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak service hours.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn new culinary techniques.
