Job summary

french food factory pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B manager to run our halal certified cafe, ensuring smooth daily operations and an outstanding customer dine-in experience.

You will lead a diverse team of service and kitchen staff, manage purchasing, scheduling, and sales reporting, and collaborate with marketing on promotions while exploring cross-division rotations.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse age groups and nationalities.
• Proven ability to lead and onboard a team of service and kitchen staff.
• Strong numerical analysis and attention to detail for operations and sales.
• Keen interest in food and customer dining experience.
• Willingness to work shift timings (AM 10:00–19:00 or 12:00–21:30).
• Able to work weekends with two days off per week.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily smooth operations of cafe.
• Oversee purchasing of ingredients and packaging for daily operations.
• Uphold high-quality customer dine-in experience at outlet.
• Manage team of service and kitchen crew, including hiring, training and onboarding.
• Ensure proper daily sales accounting, staff scheduling and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing on monthly and seasonal store promotions to drive sales.
• Provide cross-division rotation opportunities across the company's food manufacturing, catering and new retail divisions.
