PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to manage guest interactions and coordinate hotel operations on-site in Singapore.

The role focuses on smooth check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and seamless collaboration with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs. Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Hospitality or related field with 1–2 years of customer service experience, proficiency in PMS and MS Office, and a customer-centric mindset to uphold

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management required or preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• WSQ certifications in Service Excellence or Hotel Operations advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing efficiently.
• Maintain records in property management systems (PMS).
• Uphold service standards and hotel policies.
• Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
