Job summary

• Monitor waiting times and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with VIP guests and special events.
• Check on guests during meals and respond to feedback.
• Resolve billing, reservation, and service issues.
• Monitor online reviews and guest feedback.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues to management.
• Ensure restaurant policies and safety procedures are followed.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and staff management.
