Job summary

Tung Lok Group is seeking an experienced restaurant operations leader to manage daily activities and ensure top-tier service in a high-volume environment.

You will coordinate service, monitor quality, handle inventory and budgets, and coach staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role in high-volume or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
