Commonwealth Concepts Pte. Ltd. is looking for punctual, guest-focused staff to deliver quality service at our outlet in Singapore. You will greet guests, offer recommendations and upsell, and promptly process orders in the POS system, while ensuring accurate stock checks and cleanliness.

Join us for an entry-level role with no prior experience required; location is at Sengkang Sport Complex / Seletar Mall in Singapore. Training will cover service standards and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
• No work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
• Greet each guest promptly and courteously with good smile and body language.
• Make recommendations and upsell.
• Key orders in the Point-of-Sale system efficiently.
• Serve food & beverages according to guests’ orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Check food and beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.
• Escalate guests complain to duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
