Job summary

Commonwealth Concepts Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly guest service associate to deliver excellent service to all patrons. You will greet guests with a smile, assist with recommendations and upsell where appropriate, and enter orders into the POS system accurately.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, maintaining outlet cleanliness, and conducting stock checks. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Roles based at Causeway Point, North Point or Hougang01.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
• No work experience required.
• Location: Causeway Point / North Point / Hougang01

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
• Greet each guest promptly and courteously with good smile and body language.
• Make recommendations and upsell.
• Key orders in the Point-of-Sale system efficiently.
• Serve food & beverages according to guests’ orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Check food and beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.
• Escalate guests complaints to duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
