Job summary

Commonwealth Concepts Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a friendly Service Crew to deliver quality customer service in the outlet. You will greet guests, make recommendations, and handle orders in our POS system to ensure smooth service.

The role requires no prior work experience and offers entry-level opportunities across multiple locations such as Lot1, West Mall, Fusionpolis, and JEM. Training provided and hours may vary to cover peak times.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level, any field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
• Greet each guest promptly and courteously with good smile and body language.
• Make recommendations and upsell.
• Key orders in the Point-of-Sale system efficiently.
• Serve food & beverages according to guests' orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Check food and beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.
• Escalate guests complain to duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
