Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a guest services/ticketing associate to support onsite counters and kiosks. You will handle walk-up sales, cashiering, and daily reconciliation while delivering excellent service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

The role also includes training casual staff, redeeming Club Member tickets, and escalating incidents to supervisors as needed. A friendly, professional demeanor is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in retail/ticketing/events environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Attend to walk-up ticket sales and enquiries at onsite ticketing counters and kiosks.
• Perform ticket sales transactions and cashiering duties.
• Open, close and reconcile sales from self-service kiosks.
• Redeem tickets for Club Members based on privileges.
• Provide guidance and training to ticketing casual staff.
• Escalate incidents to the Supervisor-in-charge when necessary.
• Other duties assigned.
