Job summary

Accor is seeking a Guest Service Agent to support daily front office operations and ensure a warm, welcoming experience for all guests throughout their stay. Reporting to the Duty Manager, you will assist with reception duties, guest inquiries, and information desk tasks, while promoting hotel services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in Front Office or Guest Services is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Reception and Front Office.
• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
• Supervise driveway operations and maintain high guest service standards.
• Handle Information Desk and guest enquiries.
• Promote hotel services and Accor products to enhance guest experience.
