Job summary

Raffles Hotel Singapore seeks a Raffles Service Agent / Executive to deliver friendly and professional service for room reservations, ensuring accuracy of stay dates, rates, and special requests in the Opera system, and sending confirmations to guests.

The role collaborates with Front Office, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Raffles Spa, Housekeeping and Revenue to support guest needs and maximize guest satisfaction while upholding hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience with spreadsheets, word processing and database management.

Responsibilities

• Delivers friendly and professional service for room reservations and guest experiences.
• Coordinates with multiple departments to meet guest needs and ensure accurate reservations (dates, rates, notes).
• Maintains filing and adheres to hotel policies; supports CSR and sustainability efforts.
• Performs clerical and administrative duties and contributes to upsell opportunities.
