Job summary

Libre in Singapore is seeking a friendly and professional restaurant team member to join our front-of-house during busy service periods. You will greet guests, take orders, present menus, and ensure a smooth dining experience under supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverages when requested.
• Take customers’ orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to restaurant standards.
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
• Prepare and present customer bills and process cash or electronic payments accurately.
• Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the dining area.
• Follow food safety, health, and restaurant procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
