Job summary

Synthesis is hiring a Host / Front of House Team Member in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact, warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Join a team focused on guest satisfaction, with opportunities for training and incentives. Evening and weekend shifts are required, and both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred (training provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using the restaurant’s reservation system.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Communicate seating preferences and special requests to the service team.
• Assist with answering phone calls and responding to booking inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and dining area.
• Support servers and managers during service when needed.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
