Job summary

OUE Restaurants Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Guest Relations professional to provide personalized service, coordinate reservations, and ensure an exceptional guest journey. You will identify VIP guests, relay feedback to managers, and support ongoing improvements across our restaurant and club operations.

Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work with teams and independently are essential, along with flexibility to rotate shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general upkeep of the restaurant/clubs and facilities – identifying them to ensure all VIPs and guests are being always provided the best experience.
• Identify VIP bookings to ensure that these are flagged with the operations team so that special requests and arrangements can be made by the relevant person.
• Performs all other ad hoc duties as and when required.
