Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is assisting with a Concierge role for a multinational Facilities Management client in Singapore. The Concierge will support event planning, execution, and vendor coordination while delivering exemplary service to clients and VIP guests.

The role requires hands-on event setup and strong communication skills. Candidates should have at least 3 years of event coordination experience, with a Diploma in Hospitality preferred.

Our client is a multinational company in the Facilities Management industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Concierge to join their Property Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

The Concierge's responsible is:

• Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth and seamless event operations.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of event coordination experience with experience in vendor management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; AV technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Diploma in Hospitality or a related qualification preferred; candidates must be comfortable with physical event setup duties.
