Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Concierge to join the Property Management team in Central Singapore. The role focuses on end-to-end event coordination, liaising with clients and vendors, and delivering high-quality service for executive engagements.

You will manage multiple events, coordinate with service providers, and support basic AV tasks while ensuring top-notch hospitality for C-suite and VVIP guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of event coordination experience with strong vendor and client management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; AV technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Diploma in Hospitality or a related qualification preferred; candidates must be comfortable with physical event setup duties.

Responsibilities
