Qualifications

• Prioritise guest satisfaction and relationship-building.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven communications.
• Plan and execute guest events, tastings, dinners and masterclasses.
• Provide exceptional service to regulars, VIPs and key customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall guest experience from first contact to post-visit follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular guests, VIPs and key customers.
• Manage guest database and CRM incl. visit history and preferences.
• Support marketing campaigns and guest engagement across channels.
