Job summary

TSH Corporation Limited, renowned for premium whiskies, cocktails and spirits, seeks a guest-focused reservations specialist in Singapore. You will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and personalise guest experiences across ourSignature Reserve and related venues.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, outstanding guest relations, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in hospitality or related field.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Outgoing and friendly, with attention to detail.
• Willing to work shifts including weekends/public holidays.
• Physically able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations via phone and email with confirmations.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests.
• Share guest information with the team to personalise service.
• Request dining feedback and relay to the manager.
• Greet guests by name and guide to seats; bid farewell.
• Maintain a strong guest profile database and update records.
• Suggest ideas to improve operations and guest experience.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations through phone and/or email, ensuring reservations are confirmed.
• Respond to guest enquiries and/or requests.
• Communicate guest information to the team (e.g special requests, occasions, etc) to personalize guest experience.
• Request dining feedback from guests and communicate feedback to the manager.
• Welcomes guests by name and bring them to the designated seats.
• Ensures each guest gets a fond farewell before they leave.
• Assists in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database.
• Contributes ideas for operations improvement and guest experience enhancement.
• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
