Job summary

TSH Corporation Limited is seeking a Guest Services/Reservations staff to manage reservations, respond to guest inquiries and personalize service for each guest.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests, maintaining guest profiles, and delivering high-quality service during peak hours across weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent guest relations, service, and communication skills.
• Resourceful in managing ad-hoc requests and resolving challenges.
• Outgoing and friendly.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Able to do shift work.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations through phone and/or email, ensuring reservations are confirmed.
• Respond to guest enquiries and/or requests.
• Communicate guest information to the team (e.g special requests, occasions, etc) to personalize guest experience.
• Request dining feedback from guests and communicate feedback to the manager.
• Welcomes guests by name and bring them to the designated seats.
• Ensures each guest gets a fond farewell before they leave.
• Assists in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database.
• Contributes ideas for operations improvement and guest experience enhancement.
• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
