Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. at Esplanade Mall in Singapore is seeking a front-of-house host to handle reservations, greet guests warmly, and manage seating according to the floor plan.

You will note guests' preferences, relay feedback to the service team, and work with Operations, Bar and Floor teams to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Evening, weekend and public holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, guest relations or front-of-house experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and respond to guest enquiries and requests.
• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage seating arrangements according to the floor plan.
• Take note of guests’ preferences and special occasions.
• Communicate guest requests and feedback to the service team.
• Maintain guest profiles and relevant information.
• Work closely with the Operations, Bar, and Floor teams to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with basic floor service when required.

Salary: up to $3200
Working Days: 5 days/week
Working Hours:

• Wed & Thurs: 2pm–11pm
• Fri–Sun: 11am–11pm
• Time off in lieu for additional hours when required
