Job summary

TSH Corporation Limited is expanding its premium hospitality concepts and seeks passionate service-oriented staff for bar and dining operations in Singapore. You will deliver excellent service, manage orders, and ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience across our dining area and bar.

Successful candidates will be trained for beverage preparation, assist with upselling, and maintain hygiene and teamwork standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B or customer service experience is a plus (training will be provided).
• Candidates without relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
• Attentive, friendly, and service-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to do shift work.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and ensure smooth daily operations in the dining area.
• Set up and clear tables promptly and neatly before and after service.
• Take customer orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
• Promote standard menu beverages and upsell specialty drinks when appropriate.
• Serve food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely manner.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to bar recipes and standards as required.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Perform general food and beverage operational tasks as required.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and efficiently organised.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure customer requests are met by coordinating closely with the team members.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Perform general food and beverage operational tasks as required.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and efficiently organised.
• Stay attentive to customer needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate effectively with team members.
• Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and work processes.
• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
