TSH Corporation Limited specialises in premium whiskies, cocktails and spirits. Our portfolio includes multiple concepts in hospitality and we are expanding with new collaborations in signature experiences. We are seeking passionate, service-oriented individuals to join our team as bartenders.

No prior experience is required, but enthusiasm for beverage mixing, garnishing and guest service is essential. This role involves fast-paced shifts, learning across bar, kitchen and floor operations, and

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Knowledge of beverage mixing, garnishing and serving is advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to multi-skill and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Mixing of ingredients and preparation of cocktails.
• Support the rest of the Operations team at bar outlet.
• Assist with bar opening/closing and prep of foods & garnishes, setup bar stations and restocking par levels for ingredients.
• Undergo cross-department training for a minimum of two weeks in Kitchen, Bar, Bar-back, and Floor operations.
• Restock and replenish bar inventories and supplies to ensure the bar is fully stocked.
• Maintain bar hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Ensure all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the preparation process.
• Ensure equipment is kept in good working order.
• Participate and manage assigned sections to provide an awesome beverage experience for customers.
• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Mixing of ingredients and preparation of cocktails.
• To support the rest of Operations team members at bar outlet.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures and perform various behind-the-bar tasks such as preparing foods & garnishes, set up bar stations and restocking all par levels for ingredients and home-made ingredients.
• Undergo cross-department training for a minimum of two weeks in Kitchen, Bar, Bar-back, and Floor operations, including but not limited to food and beverage preparation, garnish preparation, bar station setup, and maintaining required ingredient and house-made ingredient par levels.
• Restock and replenish bar inventories and supplies to ensure the bar fully stocked.
• Maintenance of the bar hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with interacting with customers, take orders and serving food and drinks.
• Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the preparation process.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was ended.
• Participate and manage assigned sections to provide an awesome beverage experience for customers.
• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
