Our portfolio comprises nine distinctive concepts: Quaich Bar Collector, Quaich Bar Avant-garde, Quaich Bar Wanderlust, The Other Room, Signature Reserve, Capitol Cigar & Whisky Lounge, The Auld Alliance, The Whisky Store and Whisky Journey. This December, Signature Reserve will collaborate with FOC Restaurant on an exciting new concept that brings together the world of whisky and Catalan cuisine, creating yet another distinctive and elevated hospitality experience within our growing portfolio.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Mixing of ingredients and preparation of cocktails.
• To support the rest of Operations team members at bar outlet.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures and perform various behind-the-bar tasks such as preparing foods & garnishes, set up bar stations and restocking all par levels for ingredients and home-made ingredients.
• Undergo cross-department training for a minimum of two weeks in Kitchen, Bar, Bar-back, and Floor operations, including but not limited to food and beverage preparation, garnish preparation, bar station setup, and maintaining required ingredient and house-made ingredient par levels.
• Restock and replenish bar inventories and supplies to ensure the bar fully stocked.
• Maintenance of the bar hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with interacting with customers, take orders and serving food and drinks.
• Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the preparation process.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was ended.
• Participate and manage assigned sections to provide an awesome beverage experience for customers.
• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
