Qualifications

• 1–2 years of F&B or hospitality experience (events exposure is a bonus).
• Confident and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), friendly, and professional presentation.
• Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving abilities.
• A strong team player who can also work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, welcoming guests with confidence and warmth.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating plans efficiently.
• Oversee guest flow to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond to and follow up on event enquiries from both private and corporate clients.
• Source and develop new event opportunities.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and event organizers.
• Coordinate events from initial enquiry through planning and execution.
• Liaise with other related departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage and maintain the events booking system accurately.
• Address guest feedback with professionalism and uphold high service standards.
