Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of front desk and perform duties such as guests’ check-in/out and payment process.
• Manage centralized reservations and enquiries via online reservation system, email and phone
• Supervising a team of housekeepers on cleaning duties
• Co-ordinate on facilities repairment and property maintenance
• Other works such as coordinating with all third party vendors
