Job summary

The Garcha Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations across its boutique hotels. • Managing Housekeeping Operations: supervise daily housekeeping shift operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Plan the staff needs to support the team and coordinate with other departments for guest satisfaction.
• Managing Departmental Costs: participate in budgeting and control expenses to meet financial targets.
• Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service: respond to guest concerns and strive to improve service performance.
• Conducting Human Resources Activities: assist in hiring, training, and performance reviews.
