Job summary

The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group, invites an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations across its properties. You will ensure timely room status communication with Front Desk, coordinate with Engineering for maintenance, and supervise daily cleaning schedules for Maxwell Reserve, The Vagabond Club, and The Serangoon House.

You will manage departmental costs, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee HR activities including staffing, training, and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Managing Housekeeping Operations and ensuring timely communication with Front Desk.
• Supervising cleaning schedules, stock, and staff performance.
• Assisting in ordering supplies and maintaining inspection programs.
• Managing departmental costs to meet budget goals.
• Responding to guest problems and continuously improving service quality.
• Participating in recruitment, on-boarding, and performance appraisal processes.
