Job summary

I-LINK MANPOWER CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive operations support role to assist the restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant activities.

The candidate will handle opening/closing duties, take orders, cashier, and consolidate daily sales while ensuring service excellence. They will lead and train team members, manage inventory to minimize wastage, and maintain hygiene and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service while maintaining high standards.
• Lead and train team members to improve guest satisfaction and productivity.
• Oversee storage supplies and inventory to minimize wastage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing of the restaurant and daily operations.
• Take orders, cashier, and consolidate daily sales.
• Attend to reservations by phone and serve food & beverages.
• Provide consistent service and respond to guest feedback.
• Monitor inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and sanitation standards.
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; split shifts include weekends/public holidays.
