Job summary

GLOBALTRUST EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, open/close duties, reservations, and guest seating. You will greet guests, recognise regulars, coordinate seating, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring food quality, hygiene, inventory, and cost control, while developing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Weekends and PH coverage required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Opening & closing of the restaurant.
• Take and schedule reservations.
• Greet and coordinate the seating of guests.
• Recognize regular guests and highlight preferences to the Restaurant Manager.
• Stay attentive to guest needs in the dining area.
• Serve food & beverages to guests.
• Ensure orders are correct and presentable.
