Job summary

The Lo & Behold Group in Singapore is looking for a guest-focused hospitality professional to lead service operations at Fico. You will build relationships with guests, take orders with clear menu descriptions, and upsell products based on product knowledge.

You’ll ensure outlets are set up, conduct shifts smoothly, and drive guest satisfaction. Join a dynamic, young service team with strong culture and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/service roles and guest interaction.
• Ability to describe menu items clearly and upsell appropriately.
• Willingness to uphold SOPs and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations for the outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests.
• Take orders and describe menu items clearly.
• Upsell products using product knowledge.
• Ensure outlet setup is complete and shifts run smoothly.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and proactively improve service/bar operations.
• Conduct basic training and ensure SOP adherence.
