• Provide excellent customer satisfaction by exceeding guests' expectations.
• Provide timely, friendly customer service to ensure a delightful dining experience.
• Perform quality checks to ensure guests are enjoying meals and address issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Assist with pre-opening and closing activities per SOPs.
• Adhere to service SOPs.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
• Perform general housekeeping and equipment maintenance duties.
• Report on time in proper uniform and grooming.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality service.
• Execute any other duties as assigned.
