Job summary

PARK VIEW HOTEL PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a friendly restaurant service staff to greet guests and take food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt service. You will set up, clear and reset tables and help maintain a clean dining area to high standards.

You will assist with opening and closing duties, wash and polish service items, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve orders promptly.
• Set up, clear and reset tables before, during and after service.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy and properly maintained at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Wash and polish glasses, cups and other service items when required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering or replenishment of beverages and other supplies.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
