Job summary

SHABESTAN PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a friendly hospitality professional to greet guests, provide menus, and guide them to their tables, delivering attentive service.

You will take orders, enter them into the POS, serve promptly, check on guests, respond to requests, and keep tables clean and set.

Teamwork, food-safety procedures, and helping with opening and closing duties complete the role. This is a hands-on customer-facing position in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and show them to their tables.
• Provide menus and explain food and drink options.
• Take customers' food and beverage orders accurately.
• Enter orders into the POS/cashier system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers during their meals and respond to requests.
• Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
• Set up tables with plates, cutlery, glasses, and napkins.
• Handle customer complaints politely and inform the supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Follow food-safety and workplace procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
