COMPASS GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile hospitality professional to cover Reception, Butler/Hospitality, Pantry, and Barista functions across location-based operations. The role emphasizes guest services, efficient room setups, and seamless catering support.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality, F&B, reception, or related service experience preferred.
• Service-oriented with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills; able to use email and booking systems.
• Able to multitask and adapt quickly between responsibilities.
• Flexible and willing to support different functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Manage visitor registration, access passes, and reception procedures.
• Answer and direct telephone calls, inquiries, and requests appropriately.
• Manage meeting room bookings and reservations through the internal booking system.
• Respond to emails relating to reservations, catering inquiries, and hospitality requests.
• Provide information on meeting rooms, facilities, multimedia equipment, setups, and events.
• Support administrative duties such as printing, copying, scanning, and luggage storage.
• Provide attentive and professional service to clients, guests, and employees.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
• Prepare and maintain meeting rooms and conference spaces to ensure they are clean and presentable.
• Set up and clear meeting rooms, catering, and events.
• Serve food and beverages during meetings and functions.
• Coordinate catering requirements with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Support internal and external events in coordination with the Facilities Management team.
• Maintain pantry areas to ensure they are clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Monitor pantry supplies and replenish beverages, snacks, condiments, and consumables as required.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light refreshments when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry equipment, crockery, utensils, and service areas.
• Support meeting and catering setups as required.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to service standards.
• Operate coffee machines and beverage equipment safely and correctly.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Monitor beverage ingredients and supplies and replenish stock as required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
