Responsibilities

• Manage guest communications across telephone, email and digital platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service needs to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Coordinate guest requests with operational departments for timely fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Assist with reservations, guest information and service arrangements as required.
• Monitor and follow up on guest requests to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Handle wake-up calls and message services accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of guest requests and interactions.
• Support VIP arrivals and personalized guest arrangements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping and other teams for seamless guest experiences.
