Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A valid driving license is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local attractions and cultural institutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed.
• Offer personalized recommendations on attractions, dining, and experiences.
• Coordinate reservations and bookings for restaurants, transport, tours, and events.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Valet and Transportation to ensure seamless service.
