Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, seat guests accordingly and respond promptly to queries.
• Ensure adherence to daily assignments and complete tasks to high standards.
• Respond to emails/calls/messages professionally and ensure accurate reservations.
• Engage with guests to anticipate and fulfill their needs with thoughtful interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and efficient service environment.
• Understand all stations and tasks to perform duties with high guest service levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of items and equipment for smooth service.
• Provide accurate food/beverage descriptions and take orders with care, noting dietary requirements.
