Job summary

Chip Bee Bistro, a new casual-dining concept by High Note Hospitality Group, seeks a Guest Experience Captain to support daily service operations in Singapore. You will ensure table setup, cleanliness, and prompt, professional service of food and beverages.

Ideal candidates bring good communication, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude; evening/weekend shifts are required. WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Prior service experience is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Good communication skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
• Able to commit to evening and/or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Undertake day-to-day operational tasks as appointed, ensuring highest quality standards.
• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner at all times; anticipate needs and respond to queries.
• Ensure adherence to daily plans and complete tasks to high standards.
• Understand all stations and tasks to perform any duty with great guest service.
• Set up and clear tables per service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all items (china, glass, silver).
• Replenish cutlery and tableware; keep settings and stations immaculately ready.
• Serve food and beverages with description and flair; check guest satisfaction.
• Relay special requests, dietary needs, or allergies to the relevant team members.
• Communicate with kitchen/service teams and report challenges to the manager on duty.
